There are exceptions like 60000000 which is just a nop but that’s not important. Generally, any value above 8000000 or under 3F800000 will be used for assembly codes or address redirection. Based on how early on these address are in the memory and the values given to them, I can see that they are for the game’s assembly. These are only simple 04 codes which means they were created in the 80 memory range. On the left side of them you have the address and on the right side you have the value. What you have here are gecko codes and they will absolutely modify things in the game if you turn them on correctly. Action replay codes look like this: ABCD-EF12-3456.
